Subject: Message Stuck in Outbox

I've tried to send a PM to a particular individual a couple of times, but the message never seems to leave my Outbox. Any idea why? I'm not sure if the message has been sent or not, I'm assuming it has not been sent.

The way it works here is that it stays in the 'outbox' until the recipient opens it.
