I had a bit of a head cold going on but I pushed through anyway! I did not expect the course to be as hilly as it was! I was caught a little off guard!
What would you do differently?:

Make sure I know the course a little better! Make sure that I am healthy!

Warm down:

Stretched for about a half an hour! Hamstrings, calves, shin muscles, Tried to really make sure my legs were cooled down!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I had a head cold! My legs were a little bit fatigued from the hills. It wasn't terrable but it did affect me!
