Subject: Lake Sammamish Sprint - Training Buddy
I signed up for the Sammamish Sprint, my first Tri, and was wondering if anyone out there is in a similar situation.  I wouldn't mind having a training buddy who is going to do the race.  If you are looking for someone to help push you for your first tri, or someone to make sure you do not disappear into the murky depths of a lake on a training swim, I could probably use the same.

I live in Redmond, may be moving into Seattle soon though.  Maybe we can help each other out.

Hey Kevin - i know Idylewood park - on west lake sammamish is a great place to go swim - and typically in the mornings (6 to 7 am) there is a bunch of swimmers there as the weather gets nicer.  i haven't been out in the lakes yet this year, but it is getting about that time!  do you have a wetsuit?
