Subject: creating your own programs..and items
Is there a faster way to creat your own programs?

1. i wish i could add more lifting exercises than the number of blanks when your adding lifting exercises.
2. i wish i could add lifting exercises as circuits
3. i wish jump roping was in lifting too
4. i wish i could insert multiple entry blanks at once.. for example if i know i'm doing a 6 month program. it would be nice to say fill out 6 months worth of blanks.
5. it seems the weightlifting exercises are not in alphabetical order, it takes time to find them.
6. on the own programs when you look at the overall list you only see running, biking and swimming. it would be nice to see general times for lifting and other sports too or that there was at least an entry there.
7. it would be cool to have a save and back button so i can always go back to the selecting a new day entry area.  This would also be good on the blog entry area too.
8. having a grid on one page where i can enter multiple running, biking, swimming workouts at once
9. less drop down boxes and more bubble selection boxes: for example: when you select move, copy or delete.
10. the nutrition logger is too slow and missing alot. i really like the drag and drop functionality found in calorieking.com nutrition log or the tab across functionality with drop down boxes in fitday.com.

otherwise so far i love , love,love everything else and how its all in one place!

Good comments.  A part of the site that is not the most active so we don't see a lot of feedback.  Most of this stuff is valid and we can quickly do several of them.

Can you explain more about #4?

number 4.. for example.. you have to click the "add" button and keep clicking the "add"button for new days. i would like to just type 60 for 60 days and have 60 entry blanks pop open, instead of having to click the add button 60 times.  Is that clearer? sometimes its hard to explain in words what you are looking at.

alot of the items i listed would be nice to have in the "actual" formatting too.. for example: the ability to log circuits, the lifting exercises in alphabetical etc.

i would like to graph my calories versus calories expended without having to log all the food in. just add the calories. ( i currently use calorieking database on my computer). It would also be cool to have a place to put a graph of weight goal versus actual weight.
