Ok swim. My sighting was still off. Did not swim straight. Too it a little easy until the end, when I sprinted a bit to get out of traffic.

No knee pain. Took Ibuprofen at 6, race was at 9. Definitely felt this pace...not easy.

training. needed more endurance and aerobic capacity. also the wind on the bike just killed me.
