Subject: Possible addition to strength training?I think you guys are currently overhauling the strength training section, but thought I'd throw this out, just in case... I would love it if each exercise that I entered had a short "comments" field for it... right now I group them all in the main comments for strength training, but would appreciate a line - perhaps right underneath, indented a space? - for each exercise. Maybe look like this: TRICEPS Bench Dips 3 8 8 * feet on stability ball BICEPS Bent Bar Standing 6 8 20 20 40 * Set = 8@40, 20@20 |
