For me, my back.  Its just not wide enough for my personal satisfaction.

On Mondays I mix up the following: DB incline, DB decline, DB flat, bench press, flys, and cross overs.   I never had a big chest even when I was younger and in great shape. So being fat the last 10 years did not help it either. I have been weight training for the last 4-5 months now and I have seen an improvement so that’s all I can ask for

My core - not as strong as it should be.  It's so important but I hate working my core.  I'd rather run full steam into a wall before doing a bunch of sit ups

switch it up then-- sit ups aren't that great anyways.  try medicine ball crunches, ab machine crunches, bicycles, jacknifes, leg lifts, planks, etc.

vanity wise forearms I have olive oil rather than Popaye

Strength wise chest, my bench is weak and pullups I only do 12 bodyweight
and abs, I hate doing abs.

I'd rather do squats every day than abs.

my glutes, hamstrings.

Even when I squat/lunge I can just feel my quads taking over, even though my form is good and I'm putting weight on my heels. It is soooo frustrating!

No matter what I do, my forearms and ankles are like twigs.  It's a wonder I haven't had any injuries considering the fact that I'm 5' 9", 130 lbs and 5 foot girls under 100 lbs. have bigger ankles than me.

I would have to say my biceps are my weakest.  Even though they look well-developed and toned, I struggle doing curls with anything over 20lbs.

Forgot to add in my wrists and abdominals, too!  I think I have arthritis developing in my wrists, so not much I can do about that.  But I continue to work on my abs and core, but it can be tough to do with chronic lower back problems.  I know abs and back go hand-in-hand, but sometimes the back pain limits me in what I can do.

I'm curious about something with the back.  I never have problems adding mass but I've wondered if a wide back would end up hurting you in the swim and bike due to more resistance?  In the swim, it would seem as though the rotation of the stroke would be better for someone with a more (for lack of better description) log-like frame instead of a V-shaped frame.

On the bike, a wide back would seem to catch more air when not leaned over.  I'm asking, not telling.  haha  I am trying to reduce a little mass by going more high-rep, lower weight because of these concerns.

If you train for triathlons, or an endurance sport in any capacity, you will not get "too big," per say.  Any good swimmer has a fairly V-shaped back because your latimus dorsi is one of the primary muscles being used.  In addition, it is also the muscle that gives you that V-shaped look.

I highly doubt that you need to keep your lat growth under control, but just my 2 cents...
