Anyone else doing the TT at joe pool lake this evening?  I am going to try and get there after work (5pm) from lewisville, so we'll see what happens (Registration closes at 6:15).

The wife and I were going to do it but changed our minds. I've done it the past 2 years and it's lots of fun. Some super fast guys out there. I've been doing the monthly ones that RunFar puts on and just did it Tuesday. You should have a good chance of placing in your AG. They give gift certificates to everyone who places so be sure and hang out for awards if you place.

Tip: The white line is the smoothest section of the dam. Stay on it as much as you can. Some of the weeds really stick out that you'll need to miss or have them slap your legs.

Thanks for the tip!  I viewed the results from last year's event...I'm hopeful, but I've only done one other TT so experience is limited.  I'm just going to blow snot bubbles for 8 miles and see wyat happens!
