Longer practice swims, have not pushed last few weeks.

Put socks differently. Possibly go without socks. Run with bike.

Not ready for hiles. On Auto Bike which shifts for you, so never in right gear. Coasted too much on down hils to give rest.

Lost 2 water bottle on hills when hit bumps. Not able to drink enough.

Attack downhills. Train on some hills.
