Subject: HELP!
I have been out of training for over a month now, due to a injury and am now ready to return to training. However my nutrition has suffered greatly over the month, due to not feeling very hungry, resulting in some sudden weight loss, probably mostly water and glygogen. So I planned to carbo-load before returning to training to help get my glygogen stores back to normal, but when I tried, I began to get symptoms of fatigue, extreme tiredness, dry mouth and excessive thirst after every meal. My question is, is this normal with change of diet? or with increased carboydrate diet, or should I be worried?

Any advice is apprieciated?
