Subject: Any suggestions
I live in Burleson and looking for a place to practice ows on a regular basis. I don't mind a little drive but as I'm sure you know time is precious.

Are there any weekend group swims relatively close by?

Any suggestions would be welcomed.

I am in Mansfield and the closest I've found is Fit2Train's OWS clinics at Lake Grapevine ( www.fit2train.com)

You might also go on Tri Cow Town ( www.tricowtown.com ) You might be able to hook up with people at Benbrook Lake

I swim in Benbrook lake at the swim area in Holiday park.  Go to the tircowtown.com and under photo album you will see the recommended swim course.  If your not a strong swimmer or if the chop is real big you can swim laps from one end to the other following the swim poles.  This would give you something to grab onto if you got tired and needed a rest.
