Who else is in (no rain please) besides KSB and me? Last week was fun, the new bike course is great.

I read somewhere that's the bike is off-road. So is the bike part mountain biking?

Is the new bike course a little friendlier? I developed some serious tendonitis in my elbow last year.
I saw alot of crashes as well. My doctor tried it out and crashed, I think the MTB course was tougher than everyone expected.  
I remeber they had a road bike option as well.

You need an MTB.  The course is much better than last year as first 1-2 miles are relatively straight forward (one big hill).  I am a very poor MTBer and handled the course in just over 30 minutes.  MTBing makes road biking feel easy, so come on down and bang into a few trees with me.... I have the 20 year old 35 lb bright yellow bike.  There is no road bike option this year.
