Subject: Somedays work hurts more than exerciseJust a thought, Some days all I need to do is come to work to remember why I am trying to lose weight and become much more fit. I work in healthcare and routinely care for people younger than me that weigh more than me, and have horrible health habits, some to the point of being short of breath if they lay flat. I am still 220lbs, but I am 6'2". Plus there are days when my back feels totally fragged at the end of a 12hr shift. I just say that to say that every one of us that are trying to improve our physical condition should be congratulated. It does make a difference and it keeps me from seeing you while I work. So keep up the good work, anything you do helps in the long run.  |
