Subject: RE: Colonial Beach Sprint/Olympic Tri.......who's doing it?that race was a great time. its run well, plenty of water stops, good direction on the courses. can't believe its not twice as big as it is (i think there were about 200 today ). i finished in 2:36 which was awesome for me (1st OLY tri and i weight 232 lbs ) i figured anything under 2:45 was a gift but i felt great and finished strong. the run was hot, especially mile 1-3 and mile 4-6. anyone thinking of doing this that missed it should definitely do it next year. just got the results email.....copied and pasted.....can't believe i almost did 21 mph avg on a regular road bike wearing a t shirt.....not bad for a fat guy. hahaha
