Subject: Anyone else training with a hip injury?Hello - my name is Liz and I am new here. I am training for my first sprint tri in October in San Diego, California. I am currently in physical therapy for a minor ankle and hip strain which is improving. I am starting training this week with the basic 12 week sprint plan used on this website, but am concerning about starting off with too much running. I am an active person and have been active for most of my life. Anyone have any suggestions for starting out? Should I concentrate on biking and swimming for the next couple of weeks? I am very new to this website, am a gold member and am not sure how to access the forums on speaking to the coaches. Any advice? Thanks - Liz |
