Subject: Inside the right knee
Hello

I am just gearing up with my running and my right knee has a strain type of pain along the inside of the knee.  Now the pain is not  inside the joint itself but the running up the outside of my right knee on the left/inside part of the leg.   The stain pain eases when I take Advil.

So I think I have a shoe or form issue with my running.

Ideas? Thoughts?

I have a similar issue.  Right knee, not in the knee proper, on the inside of the knee.  Sore to the touch like a bruise.  Hurts to walk, run, sometimes driving.  No pain in the pool or on the bike.  Feels better with iub and ice.  Any insight.
