I'll be out at IRLA, Spring Mill Pond Friday AM, could be as early as 8 or as late as 9 at 8:30.  Brian Mitchell and his lovely bride will be out there as well. Anyone's welcome.

Workout-wise, Mitchell and I will probably be 20+ MPH for 1:30, Bernadette will be slower than that. So there's going to be something for everybody.  Plus a swim in the pond.

Schedule is

- 8:30 swim til 9:10,
- transition,
- then go ride, 9:15 start.

We'll be done by 11AM.

I'm going to try to get out there - I'll drop my daughter off at daycamp and head straight there.
