Sunday 7/12 ride Virginia Beach/Blackwater

I was poking around on the Coastal Racing website and saw they have a sweet ride out in Blackwater.  Is that an every Sunday thing or just when people get together to do it? I have not ridden that route and want to go with people the first time so I dont get lost by missing a turn. Its a 40ish mile ride and I was needing to do 45-50 tomorrow and looking for a change of scenery.
