Solano Beach Triathlon - Swim

Hi,

Is anyone familiar with the swim portion of the Solano Beach Triathlon?  It says it is in a place called Fletcher's cove, but when I Google Earth the area, all I see is straight shoreline.  How is the surf, current etc?  Any input would be great.
