So my training plan calls for "Force" workouts when i swim...  and i'm okay, just swim with paddles right?  Well i've looked all over the place for ideas and can't really come up with any so....  what does everyone else's form workouts look like?  Thanks in advance.

It's probably a reference to the term as used by Friel.  Check out the Triathletes Training Bible and I bet you'll even find examples of 'force workouts' for swim.  (I'm not endorsing anything, just speculating about where the term came from.)

Workouts in a binder?
