Do you use your liquid nutrition/electrolytes on oly distance races? I'm finding that I always prepare a bottle of water and a bottle of my GU2O, but rarely use the mix. Does weather (heat) effect your decision?
I might have one bottle of gatorade for an oly. The heat plays alot into how much I will drink. Plus it depends on how fast you are. There is a big difference between 1 hour on the bike and 2. I don't think I would waste my good mix though.
