Subject: taper before A race in 28 week OLY planPosted this in General, but thought it might be appropriate here. Using the 28 week OLY training plan. Have a skd OLY this week on Sunday. The training log mentions this is taper week. However scheduled work outs are: Thursday-40 min run, Friday-60 min swim, Saturday-45 swim/120 bike brick, SUNDAY-75 min tempo run. Is this a taper or an OLY in the middle of the 28 week OLY plan? Any suggestions for taper would be appreciated. |
