Subject: Hey third shifters
Morning all

How are you 3rd shifters logging your workouts?  I went back to work on third this past week and am splitting my workouts.

Do you consider the "awake time" as the same day?    For instance today I ran this afternoon after getting up.  Now I am going to eat and go to work.  In the morning I will swim, then go to bed.

So is this my, WED workout, or my Wed/Thursday workout.

I know it's kind of a duh question, but...

Im not on any specific training "plan" so its not a big issue for me but I just log it on the day I get it done. Makes it a ton easier than trying to remember what day which workout was supposed to be on and when it was done.
