Well all I can say is I am sore, my heart rate was in zone 3 around 150 bpm.  The lactic acid burn in my shoulders was crazy but it was awesome. Road 5 miles to the hill did the repeats with only the down hill being the rest period, and then road home...The ride home sucked...LOL  Cant weight for tomorrows swim and ride..

I LOVE reading about people like yourself!!

I have a long ride (with lots of climbing) that I have been training for months to be prepared.  I will be thinking about you much of the day!!

I don't know where you find your motivation, but I just wanted to let you know I find your posts very inspiration.

Next time you feel the lactic acid burn just think of the the guy like me you are motivating.

I truly appreciate your kind words. You all motivate me in the same why I maybe motivate you....

In life there are things that happen and for some reason , we dont know why, but we either push forward and use the situation to excel or some decide to crumble.  I hope I bring out the ones that choose not to push forward.

Great job!

We all love hill repeats don't we? I do like hard bike intervals on hills, on flats, any where.

What's your race schedule this year? I know you are in for Eagleman next year.
