Luray Ride

Conditions change, but I've done it and lots of others around here do it as well.  I find the Sperryville side of the mountain a bit more challenging.  In fact it seems to be one of the favorite routes of the local roadies... somehow tie the mountain climb into a decent into Luray, ride to Front Royal and then come back up Skyline.  Rain can wash trash all over the edge of the road, otherwise road conditions are good this time of year.  Fun little stretch of highway on a motorcycle as well.  Here's a youtube vid of "someone" riding the mountain.
