Expert  1091  |  Subject: Thurs at ILRAJust letting folks know I plan on swimming and riding ILRA tomorrow at 5:30...Trout lake for 1 lap and 1 or 2 laps on the bike. Any takers? |

I'm not 100% if I can make it as my car is being serviced right now...but supposedly, it'll be done in 3 hours. I must warn you though...I'm quite possibly the slowest swimmer in human history. I have this amazing ability to be twice as slow as the slowest swimmer in any body of water. It's uncanny! (Oh, and I haven't swam in nearly 4 weeks, since my oly tri in philly.) |

It was about 50/50 last week...depends on what your training for...I will be wetsuit free as I am certain my race Sunday will not be wetsuit legal! Hot temps and small lake! Several of the fast guys wore their's last week though. You should be good in the rubber suit dear. I hope you can make it!!! |
