We're having a tri clinic on Friday August 7 from 6-8pm.
Here's the info...

Join Team Timex Professional Triathlete Matt Boobar for an informative clinic. Along with racing, Matt coaches cyclist, triathletes and Nordic ski racers. He was also awarded the 2009 New England Nordic ski coach of the year.

Highlights

* Training and race tips for newbie's and experts.

* How to get the most from each leg

* On and off-road Tri Information

* Make your transitions smooth

Locals come on by - we'll have food, drinks and loads of giveaways including free entries to local races (Pumpkinman 2010, Lobsterman, Urban Epic Boston!!!)

I will just throw in a plug for Boobar.  I have known him since college and he will have great advice to pass on to both new and long time athelets.
