Subject: Whats value of 2004 F65 frame?
In your opinions, what would a 2004 Felt F65 frame would be worth? I am thinking of building a bike.

The short answer is that it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it. 

The first thing to consider is whether it suits your needs. 

Personally, I don't think I would buy a five-year-old frame online.  But considering that a new Felt FA frame retails for $1K, then the current bid of $51 might make it worth the gamble.
