Subject: One More Time Before Race Day?I'm currently training for my first tri which will be in two weeks. The course is extremely hilly on the bike leg so I've been going up to ride the course once a week for the past 3 weeks to prepare my legs for the big climb. Since I'm now closer to the actual race do you think I should go up one more time or just start to taper and save it for the race? Thanks for your advice! ~Nicole |
