  • 3.1 miles
  • 10m 58s  min/mile
Comments:

felt very good. Didn't stop once! Also paced myself. Everyone else is so much faster so I had to make myself not get too excited and jump the gun. Paid off in the long run cause I finished the race.
What would you do differently?:

nothing
Transition 1
  • 01m 17s
Comments:

Had NO idea what I was doing but the bystanders yelled to me and helped! I PUT MY HELMET ON BACKWARDS, DUH!!!
What would you do differently?:

I need a better understanding of the protocol of the transition, like when can I get on the bike etc.

What would you do differently?:

know where to stop. don't stop to chat!

okay, not as bad as I thought but still really, really, really tough. Not a run and not a walk. something else. I'm sure I looked like a pansy. I am glad that I at least did it, whatever it was.

Great job! It's hard to run your own race when the pack takes off like that. Do you remember talking to a girl in an orange shirt and white cap during the first run? You were just behind me (until you passed me on the bike )

You ROCK, Jenny!!

I just *love* this comment, "loved every freaking tough minute of it."

With that attitude, if you keep working at you WILL improve.  I have NO DOUBTS.
