Subject: ProteinToday is my first day to track food on my blog. My protein seems low. We all know that we should keep our fat below 30 grams, how much protein generally should one shoot for? I'm doing the couch to 5k training program. I'm thinking I need to add a protein shake or two to my diet a day. p.s. don't care about the scale, as much muscle mass as I can put on the better. |
