Subject: 6 wks out from first IM & shoulder pain ?
I am sure this topic has been covered before, but I belief I maybe getting swim shoulder 6 weeks out from my first IM.  Any suggestions on what I should do to treat it?  Ice, Advil, strecthes, PT ???
