I like my Profile Design Jammers.  They are more for ITU type racing, but I  like them because my hands are not any farther out front than the hoods.  They give me another position though to rest and get a little more aero.  I usually switch from riding in the drops to the Jammers during a race.

I'm also looking at clip on aero's so I'm interested to hear what folks suggest.  I was looking at the low end Forte that were onsale at my local performance bike for $59.  Also looked at the low end Profile Design for $69.

I've only done one sprint so far and I have a hybrid alum Bianchi but it's feel pretty fast for me, I was passing a lot of people in my wave and only one passed me but it was a buddy wave so the least competitive.  Anyway, I don't want to spend a lot but I find myself wanting to get into the aero position for comfort.

I grabbed a pair of TRANZX Triathlon Clip on AeroBars only cost me $55.  Nothing fancy, fully adjustable, but definitly do the job for me.  I'm no pro!

My bike came with a set of Profile Design Aerolites and I would not suggest them, From what I have tried, Vision seems to have a much more comfortable pad.  I hope to swap mine out someday soon.

I have Profile Design AirStryke, which have spring-loaded pads that flip up when not in use. This allows more use of the entire handlebar, which I like because I frequently use the straight top part of the bar when climbing. I got them for $80. I don't have anything to compare them to, but I've been happy with them.
