Subject: Lower leg injuries? You may need a stronger pelvic regionI'd been having a lot of different lower leg issues and went to see a PT. He did some testing of the strengh in my pelvic region and it was poor. He gave me a few exercises to help with issue and my running is now feeling much more controlled stable and the injuries are staying at bay. I also had a leg length discrepency which had to be addressed with orthotics but thats something that also contributed to my asymetrical weaknesses. |
