Subject: Online, individual, private coaching?
I have started to think about getting some coaching. I am just getting into tri's. I have been using the BT training plan to prepare for my sprints. I'm a BOPer doing a few sprints this summer. I have uncertain goals though I am leaning towards Oly next year and perhaps HIM in a year and a half.

Any thoughts on online coaching, individual or private coaching? Any suggestions?
I have learned so much from reading the posts on BT. Thanks in advance.

My and my wife had a coach living in Oregon (we're in Sweden), so everything we did was online (training plans, communication via email and Skype, etc.). Worked out great and I learned a lot, but our things changed and we simply couldn't take advantage of the coaching we received. Still, this is one of the best things I've ever done as I learned lots and lots that will have great benefits in the future.
