Hi Friends,

I am just throwing out a roll call for anyone from the area going to Iowa this weekend to suffer with me on the HalfIron course at Pigman. We are camping in the park at the venue. See you all this weekend!

Good luck this weekend Bill.  One bit of advice.  Hydrate ,hydrate hydrate on the bike.  Make sure you are well stocked for the run.

I'll be there cheering for Jeremy, who is doing his first HIM.  He's out running right now.  Just a little 30 min run in the heat to get a feel for that brutal run on Sunday.
