Subject: Zoot shoes - body guide or powder?
I got myself a pair of Zoot Ultras and am eager to run them through the paces, erh, races!

My first workout in them was today -- a bike immed following my swim.  They were much harder to get on damp feet than socks... so do I try body glide or powder (does it go on feet or shoes)?  or just practice wedging in damp feet?

I had no hots spots from the biking, so hopefully will be blister free when I try a run in them tomorrow.  Note, I race sprints and use same shoes for bike and run, no switching at T2.

Thanks
-Cynthia

Try bodyglide on the underside of the tongue and around the upper part only. I have the Zoots as well and usually just make sure they are as open as possible before I put them on and don't have much of a problem. The one thing I have had a problem with is the insole coming loose and bunching up so make sure the shoe is as open as you can get it. Just my .02.
