Subject: Anyone newbies in the Middle Island Area
Are there any newbies or people looking to ride and run on the weekends in the Middle Island area?  This is my first year training for a tri and would like to see if anybody is up for group rides or runs on the weekend.

I am in Ronkonkoma and i joined the Suffolk County Bike Riders Association, they have group rides all week but usually beginner rides on the weekends all over suffolk, also, you do not have to be a member to go on a group ride. You should check it out .
