Subject: Did I blow it?I have a triathlon- olympic distance this Saturday. Unfort. last week I got sick, and went on vacation for a couple of days, so my training time was way, way down- though I did do some. I did not run at all, but biked once and swam twice. This week is my taper week. Should I just stick with my taper, or should I add a little more training time- in particular running- to the beginning of this week in hopes I will get back whatever I may have lost last week.
