Subject: RE: Base trainingThere are some good winter maintenance programs you can download on this site (I think you would need to upgrade your membership but it is worth it IMO ). I think they are only 8 weeks long but some are bike-focused, some swim-focused, etc. so they help you focus on your weaknesses. Also, I would suggest adding some short races over the next few months (whether it be tris, running, OWS )...i8 months is a long time to stay focused and train for an event. Having a few stepping stones towards that race can really help with your motivation, focus, etc. Good luck! |
