IMKY Galt House Reservation Available

I have a reservation for Galt House arriving on the 26th and departing on the 30th. 

I'm not going and there is non-refundable deposit already placed on the room.  Rather than give them $170 outright, I can transfer the reservation to someone else, if there is an interest.

It is a suite with 2 queen beds plus a pull-out sofa in the living room for $169/night with the first night already paid for by my deposit.
