Subject: Anyone doing/have done the Destin Crab Trap??
Thinking about planning a trip over to Destin for this event. Anyone have experience/advice on how well it is handled etc? Also if you go....do you typically stay friday and saturday night or come home after the race?

Did it last year. It was my first Tri. Awesome experience. I've done 4 more this year and looking back it was set up really well, and a truly great experience. It's a georgeous stretch of beach, and not too hot in October.  I transfer 1st of OCT or I would definatly be doing it. the Santa Rosa Tri (Pensacola) is the week before.
