Comments: had trouble getting socks on wet feet. need to bring a bigger towel or devise a better system for T1 What would you do differently?: bigger towel, better equipment layout ![]() Bike
Comments: bike segment felt too hard, my legs were burnt. hurt me on the run. i think i wasnt as ready as i thought i was. What would you do differently?: ride more hills, more often. ![]() Transition 2
What would you do differently?: i need to get bike shoes. time was fast because all i needed to do was rack the bike, get some water and go. ![]() Run
Comments: very hard to get going. had stomach and leg cramping from some bad decisions the night before and during the bike segment. didn't feel loosened up until 1.5 miles in. What would you do differently?: train the bike to run brick more often. ![]() Post race
Warm down: walked around, showered. What limited your ability to perform faster: poor training, diet. Last updated: 2005-03-24 12:00 AM
