What would you do differently?:

ride more hills, more often.

What would you do differently?:

train the bike to run brick more often.
Post race
Warm down:

walked around, showered.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Nice speed on your bike and your run. Not a bad performance considering you had cramps! I have a dear friend who dropped out of the Boston Marathon after 16 miles due to eating hungarian goulash the night before the race. The wrong food choice can make you really miserable, as you discovered. So sorry but I still think you did great!

Dude, you must have been standing right behind me in the lineup for the swim!! I was the tall guy with the goatee and the blue goggles.

Great job on the bike and run. Sorry to hear about the cramps. I was sure one of my "What I could have done better" things was going to be "Eat a Fuddruckers AFTER the race, not before" but I got lucky.

Good job!

Congratulations on finishing all three races of the series. Sorry to hear you got cramped, but you still beat me. (I was the guy in the other red Desoto tri-suit)
