Felt very comfortable in transition.
What would you do differently?:

I need to work on holding shoes in a better postion. They were flopping around. I noticed this is a common problem.

It is difficult to get good hill training. If I could change anything it would be more ride time on the hills.

Another comfortable transition. Long way from Bike In to Run Out. I used speed laces for the first time. Can't believe I ever did a race without these. It made all the difference for completing the event.

Outstanding run for me. I didn't expect to do as well as I did. I was hoping to finish just under 8 minute miles. The extra training paid off. Overall biggest improvement over last year.
What would you do differently?:

Continue with training.
Post race
Warm down:

Took a long slow run around the finish area followed by stretching. Recovery is definitely improving with additional training.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Although I trained more this year before this event than I did most of last year, I am still not consistent with my training. I believe this would make a big difference in my performance. Especially early in the year.

Very well organized event. This is a great early season event that is a great way to kick off my season.
