Not as a race wheel, just looking for something inexpensive to train on that wont go out of true.

Depends... it's only 24 spokes, but at least 2x lacing. If you're a heavier rider, I would recommend going with Mavic Open Pro, 32 spokes 3x on the drive side and 2x on non-drive side, laced to a good quality hub, such as Shimano Ultegra or Campy Chorus. If you're a lighter rider, then this wheel might be ok. I suspect that the hub is nothing special, the rim is probably an Alex rim, which is ok, and the spokes are DT Swiss (which is really good...), can't say anything about the quality of the lacing since I haven't seen the wheels....

The price is pretty good on the Nashbar wheel though...
