If your longest bike ride is 22 miles, you're probably going to find an Olympic Tri to be difficult. You will finish it, but the 10k run at the end will seem a lot longer because you will have just finished your longest bike ride. I'd try to boost your cycling miles before the event. At least a couple of 30-40mile rides, more if you've got the time. |
