Cycling jersey fit

Anyone here ever order a cycling jersey from primalwear.com? They have some really cool designs. My question is on their fitting chart, they talk about two different fits...one that is cut at the shoulder and one at the collarbone. The link is below in case any of you want to look. Just click on the view sizing chart link. How are other cycling jerseys cut? I dont have one so this will be my first time buying one. Up til now i have been using an under armour compression top.
