A little double in Chicago

Did my first triathlon in June just hoping to be able to finish, and finished the season in Chicago with my 4th and 5th triathlons in the same weekend!  I'm proud of me.  (Here i'd normally apologize, acknowledging that it was certainly no triple, and it was only the supersprint and the sprint, but the admonition from a previous thread intervened.)

With sore muscles from calf cramps on Sat (ie. a good excuse to bail), and at 4 am Sun my daughter begging me to skip it and take her and a friend shopping (very tempting to the shopaholic in me), I just couldn't miss what I had come to do.  The swim alone was worth the price of admission...just a beautiful morning, the air was positively electric at the swim start, and the camaraderie inspiring.

This sport is SO damn addicting!!
