Boca Raton Triathletes

Just a shout out to anyone in Broward / Palm Beach Counties...even Dade!  This is a great club that has formed and currently membership is free.  There are lots of training oppotunities (free!!) and social activities.  One thing I especially enjoy are the Monday night Open Water swims....we meet on the beach at Palmetto and A1A at 5:45, in the water by 6:00- hard to miss, there are usually about 30 people who swim!  Last night a group did a 1.8 mile swim and another group did repeats with running up the beach.  All levels!  It's a great group of folks.
