I'm a happy De Soto wetsuit owner

After reading a bunch of threads about wetsuits on BT and renting another other brand, I purchased a De Soto Black Pearl wetsuit from tri-zone.com. I wore it twice in the first two weeks (one training and one Tri), and was bummed to see the crotch seem had split open.

I wrote tri-zone.com asking how they wanted to handle it, and they had a new wetsuit on my doorstep in four days with a prepaid label to return my wetsuit to De Soto. Not only that, but De Soto upgraded me to a First Wave because they didn't have a Black Pearl in my size.

Wow! I'd read about De Soto's great customer service (it was part of my purchase decision), but the service I experienced from both De Soto and tri-zone.com was far beyond my expectations. I couldn't let it go without saying something on the forums.
